We are open Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10.00am to 9.00pm, Fridays from 10.00am to 8.00pm, and Saturdays 10.00am to 9.00pm excluding Bank holidays. Please allow as much notice as possible when booking an appointment to avoid disappointment. Appointments can be booked using our online payment system or via email, phone or our online booking form on the contact us page on our website. All treatments and appointment times are subject to availability.
Treatments may be subject to change and will be confirmed prior to your appointment. We recommend that any additional treatments are pre-booked as treatment times are subject to change. All treatment times are approximate and include after-care advice. We strongly encourage you to provide feedback to your therapist on temperature, applied pressure and comfort levels during your treatment to ensure you fully enjoy your treatment experience. All our therapists are female and are skilled in ensuring you remain comfortable throughout your treatment experience.
Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your appointment to prevent a reduction in your treatment time.
For corporate Spa Parties and group bookings, a minimum notice period of 2 weeks is required for a Spa Party booking of up to 10 guests. We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when booking or planning for a party of more than 10 guests. We usually require a 25% holding fee which counts as a part payment towards your booking. This fee is fully refundable if you need to cancel your booking before a 24 hour period.
We will usually arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment to set-up any equipment and for any treatment consultations. Please ensure there is adequate spacing for our equipment setup within a properly ventilated room where treatments will be received, with enough room for manoeuvring (roughly 4m x 4m). We always carry our own equipment for any corporate Spa Parties and group bookings however on certain occasions we might need access to hot water or electricity wherever appropriate.
To ensure you have an enjoyable, safe and relaxing experience, please refrain from having any children present during your treatment.
No jewellery or contact lenses should be worn when receiving treatment.
Loyalty and Gift Vouchers
Loyalty stamps are awarded on full treatment price purchases. A loyalty stamp will be awarded when a total spend of £25.00 is reached on any gift voucher(s) or waxing treatment(s) purchased. Collect 5 loyalty stamps and receive a free treatment or product worth up to £25.00, or collect 10 stamps and receive a free treatment or product worth up to £60.00. Loyalty stamps are not valid in conjunction with other offers. Please be aware that restrictions on loyalty stamps may apply.
Gift vouchers to the value of £5.00, £10.00, £20.00 and £50.00 are available for purchase using our online payment system or via email, phone or our online booking form on the contact us page on our website. Please note that gift vouchers are only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For appointment cancellations, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Failure to do this will automatically result in a loss of your deposit, usually 50% of your treatment cost. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will also result in a loss of your deposit, usually 25%.
Payment and Refund Policy
Please note that payment for your desired treatment(s) will always be taken before the start of any treatment. We accept debit card, credit card and cash payments. Please note that we do not store your debit or credit card account details. If you change your mind about your purchase, that is not a problem. Refunds will be provided via the same method used for your initial payment. Please note that any refunds on treatment special offers will be provided via gift voucher to the same value of the item(s) purchased. Purchased retail products will only be accepted if returned within 21 days of purchase, in their original packaging, unopened and sealed, with proof of your purchase, for either a product exchange or a full refund. Please note that for health and safety reasons we do not provide any refunds on any Jessica nail polishes, Skinrolla Home Use kits and Outback Organics products. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty/damaged goods.
We require that a patch test must be carried out a minimum of 24 hours before your first the appropriate treatment(s) (48 hours if diabetic), and whenever required thereafter (48 hours if diabetic or other special circumstances). You will be required to have another patch test if there has been a change in your medical history, or hormonal changes from pregnancy or menopause. It is formality that you will be asked by your therapist to sign your consultation form to confirm that you have had a patch test and you are happy to continue with your treatment.
If you have been unwell with sickness for a long period of time (3 weeks or longer), taking any form of medication or receiving on-going medical care, we advise that you consult with your General Practitioner before receiving any treatments to avoid any adverse contra-actions. Please note that in some cases we may require written permission from your General Practitioner prior to your visit if you suffer from any severe skin condition, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure.
For your peace-of-mind, all our therapists are First Aid trained to deal with any unlikely accidents that may occur during treatment.
We understand that this is a time when the body undergoes significant bodily changes that may cause sensitivity and other forms of internal and external discomfort. With this in mind, we have a range of suitable treatments for the expectant mother to receive, prenatal and postnatal, however, we will only provide treatments from week 12 up to week 32 of pregnancy. Our Skinovage PX facials, nail care and waxing treatments are all safe to receive prenatal and postnatal.

A call-out fee of 0.40 pence per mile is applied to all Spa Party corporate or group bookings within the areas we cover. A minimum spend requirement of £100.00 is also required for all corporate Spa Party and group bookings. Please ensure there is adequate parking for our vehicle within a 0.25 mile radius of your property. Please note that any parking charges that are to be incurred by us during your booking are to be met by you and before you receive your treatment(s). We ask that you kindly inform us in advance where there is no lift and access to floors above ground level to prevent any delays during your booking.
